Kimberly McNeil (she/her) is the Associate Director of Research Operations for the Duke Teen Health Club at Duke University’s Center for Health Policy and Inequalities Research, she oversees the strategy and operations management of three grant-funded programs focused on youth development and the prevention of teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. The Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (AP3), the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP), and the Eastern NC Health Education for Adolescent Lives (ENC-HEAL) programs utilize evidence-based curricula to serve youth ages 13-21 in seven counties throughout Eastern NC.  Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience in facilitation, program management, public health education, leadership development and organizational management to the Duke Teen Health Club team.
